110 acre site with 163 seperate shops, the anchor stores consist of Foleys, Dillards, Neiman Marcus, and Nordsrums. The mall has a total of 12 parking lots. Over 280,000 cubic yards of rock was excavated and crushed to provide a balanced site. 100,000 tons of crushed limestone was used for parking along with 47,000 tons of hot mix and 11 miles of curb.
All the water shed off the mall drains into four large detention ponds basins of which the side of the basins were gunited and colored to blend into the landscape.
